Can I Afford In-Home Care?Services are billed at an hourly rate that is based on the level of care needed. Every client we serve has unique needs and goals. We determine the level of care needed during our complimentary assessment.

Do You Provide Caregivers For Someone In Assisted Living Or Retirement Communities?Our services are provided wherever your home is. We offer services in communities like independent living, assisted living, memory care, and retirement communities.

Is Home Care The Right Option For Someone With Alzheimer's Or Dementia?Home care can be an excellent choice for seniors with any dementia, including Alzheimer's. We offer specialized Alzheimer's and dementia care through our highly experienced caregivers specially trained to care for clients with such issues.

What Is Your Caregiver Screening Process?All of our caregivers pass drug screening, background, and reference checks prior to employment and are evaluated in our in-depth assessment on technical skills, personality, and character. Our caregivers are not independent contracts. All are bonded, insured, and W2 employees of Caregivers by WholeCare.

What If I Don't Like My Caregiver?Our care team carefully chooses your caregiver based on your needs, circumstances, situation, interests, and preferences. It is very important to us that you and your caregiver are a good fit. We encourage frequent and open communication about any caregiver concerns you may have as soon as you have them. We enjoy a 95% success rate in matching clients to caregivers; however, we are not perfect, so please give us a chance to find a match that does work!

Are your services covered by insurance?Our services are covered by most long-term care insurance plans. While we require private pay, we can assist with the claim and reimbursement process. Please call our office to discuss your plan's details.

Cameron Hackett
Vice President – Finance & Operations
As a proven executive in finance and operations, Cameron provides care, vision, and experienced leadership to help address clients’ needs. He understands the importance of providing “value” to customers and has a passion for leading his staff members with an encouraging, positive approach. In previous years, Cameron served as Chief Financial Officer of St. Thomas Heart, the largest cardiology practice in Tennessee, specializing in diagnosing and treating heart disease and saving lives. Cameron has been a Nashville area resident since 1979. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) living in Nolensville with his wife, Tammy, and their two daughters. Cameron is also very active within his church. Through outreach, his family has found the important value of being sensitive to the needs of others.
